Work With Me
I am a curator and producer with over 15 years of experience in the independent sector. My work is rooted in a belief that contemporary performance thrives when we collaborate on building its frameworks together, through relational practice and shared care.
My practice is deeply informed by queer methodologies: prioritising the creation of space where it is currently lacking. I focus on decentralising how we curate and produce, moving away from top-down models towards practices that explore gaps, make space, are community-embedded, and strive to be socially sustainable.
Whether you are an institution looking to open up your programming, or an artist wanting a collaborator to help form and stabilise your project, I am here to help build a more embodied, representative, and solidaric performing arts field.
Let's collaborate!
My work is currently focused on curatorial projects that help decentralise performing arts programming, champion diasporic and queer communities, and build supportive, rejuvenative, peer-to-peer learning environments across the sector in Denmark and globally.
That said, I am always open to new ideas. If you have a project in mind, or if you would like to explore how we can collaborate, please get in touch. I would love to hear from you.
How we can collaborate
Curatorial & Institutional Strategy I work with festivals and organisations to develop new, inclusive, decentralised programming. I bring a diasporic and queer perspective rooted in commoning to all my work. I have spent over 15 years actively making space for LGBTQIA+ artists within the performing arts, and I specialise in supporting and advocating for these communities both within the Danish field and globally. Additionally, I have extensive practice working with archives as a curatorial methodology, having, for example, curated a part of City of Women's 25th anniversary festival as part of my curatorial collaboration, osborn&møller.
Mentorship, Workshops & Emerging Practice Using my background as an applied theatre practitioner, I facilitate workshops like "Locating Your Practice" and "Tending the Soil of the Tired Arts Worker" to help artists and cultural practitioners find new perspectives on their work. I have a long-standing commitment to mentoring emerging artists from queer and diasporic communities and facilitating international mobility, ensuring creators have the support to navigate and expand their practice across borders.
Speaking & Conversations I enjoy hosting and contributing to conversations that bridge the global and the local, advocating for queer and diasporic communities, the independent sector, new curatorial methods of working, archives, and arts leadership. Recent highlights include co-hosting "Grassroots Organisation in The Global Arts Sector" at ISPA New York 2026 and participating as a speaker in the "Conference of Best Practices" at the METEOR festival 2025 in Bergen.
Producing & Project Support I have over 15 years of experience in producing in Denmark, the UK, and internationally. I am an experienced fundraiser and project initiator who loves helping bold ideas come to life. I offer support across a range of scales: from festivals, site-specific performances, complex participatory projects, and community-embedded work, to residency programmes, international networks, and 1:1 artist support. I also specialise in producing cultural exchange projects, international mobility, and adapting touring works to local contexts, ensuring they resonate meaningfully within new environments.
Organisational Care I help artists and teams translate their values into daily practice by facilitating and developing Contracts of Care, Access Riders, and Codes of Conduct that are active and useful.
